I loved the FR building experience when it came in, but I always found the size of lots being an issue, whether they were too rectangular and not more squared, buildings not being removable, and build height being limited.
I had seen a feature in some WoW private servers where they allow a "building" system of sorts, where you can spawn ingame assets onto a relatively blank map, all of the general static being removed from it. What this allowed for was the building of amazing cities, incredibly detailed homes, and much more onto pre-existing maps like the main world or dungeons. They called these "Phases" and damn were they amazing.
I suggest Free Realms: Sunrise to have a similar system to the Phases, whether a direct copy or the ability to move outside of the boundaries we're given on lots and such while still having the ability to build outside of these areas. Imagine a huge sprawling player-made necropolis dungeon in Blackspore with respawning enemies added to it, or a huge cruise ship off the coast of Seaside. Evidence of this system seems to be there concerning the "play grounds" and the Referee events that were held when objects were spawned in.
A system like this could not only break the bounds of creativity that were in place, but can also provide amazing sets and other things for videos/machinema and even more possibilities.

I am more than absolutely in favour of this! It sounds really cool, but seems near impossible to implement.

I'm in favor of this as long as it's done wisely. I wouldn't want anybody being able to ruin the game, you know? I want to be able to roam the Sanctuary or Seaside as I know it, not with TONS of stuff everywhere. Preferably most of it kept above ground, accessed through trampolines or something like that. Then, I would be so down for that. I miss the playgrounds; I used to hang out at them with my friends all the time.

Personally, I'm not 100% sure... They'll be too much random building

I like the idea and I'm sure it's possible! The only question is when...
