I know this has probably been asked before, but is there any way to keep this game protected from the original creators of Free Realms besides saying you aren't making money off of it?

If Daybreak sends us a C&D (Cease and Desist) It's goodnight for FRR and we can't really do anything about it. Our only hope is for Daybreak to be nice to us.

If Daybreak sends us a C&D (Cease and Desist) It's goodnight for FRR and we can't really do anything about it. Our only hope is for Daybreak to be nice to us. That's unfortunately how copyright law works. It's unfair, yes, but it's not illegal to send a Cease and Desist letter for something that's completely fine. Unless we claim ownership, make money off of it, and slander Daybreak's name, I doubt they'll do anything to stop us. After all, Daybreak, while known to abuse copyright law has shown kindness on some occasions like this.

They let Clone Wars Adventures be revived with no issues.
